not too much to say, i'm just procrastinating.

my fingertips hurt from playing guitar, but in a good way that makes me feel accomplished.

i am learning to play "illusions," and last night it actually sounded like it a little! my strumming technique sucks, but i guess it will improve. i think i might be using too thin of a pick for nylon strings. does anyone know anything about that?

i wish there were better tabs for it online... can only seem to find one though, which just lists the chords of the main riff (one of them wrong, might i add). well, since i am going to see matt on friday in providence, maybe i will just ask him personally. :D

i was thinking of trying to get some practice space in the music department here, but my roommate doesn't seem to mind my playing too much. the only problem is when i use the pick (which i find makes it sound much better) it's really loud.

i still wish i could afford lessons, or better yet, met a really hot guy who could teach me to play the guitar, and then we would fall in love.

right. i should be writing my thesis now.
